Cancellation

At Toketgift, we understand that you may need to cancel your order, and we’re happy to accommodate this as long as it’s done before your product is shipped or enters production. If you cancel your order within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund—no fees, no deductions. Once your product has been shipped, we can no longer cancel the order, but we encourage you to review our return policy for further assistance.

Returns (if applicable)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns for eligible items. You have 14 days from the date you receive your product to request a return. To qualify for a return, please ensure the item is unused, in the exact condition you received it, and still in its original packaging (including any tags or accessories). You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return. Important: Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer—all returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds (if applicable)

When we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will then send you an email to confirm that we have received your return, and we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, we will process it immediately, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card, debit card, or original payment method within 1 to 5 days. Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund after the 1–5 day processing period, please follow these steps: 1) Check your bank account statement again—sometimes refunds take a few extra days to post. 2) Contact your credit card company—they may have a delay in processing the credit. 3) Contact your bank to inquire about any processing hold-ups. If you have completed all these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact our customer service team at direct@cozyagiftful.com, and we will investigate the issue promptly.
