We process orders from Monday to Friday. All orders will be processed within 3–5 days of placement and shipped the next day after processing is complete.

Our shipping period is 10 to 15 days; please kindly wait patiently for updates on your logistics status.

A number of our products are handcrafted purely by hand. Due to the large volume of orders we receive, we require 1–2 weeks to produce these items, which may cause the delivery time to be extended.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and more time to clear your package, which may prolong the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier service. Depending on your location, most orders are delivered by the local postal service, so your package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the postal service may leave a notice card telling you how and where to collect your delivery.
